I went to this auto body for an estimate. Pete quickly asked me how he could help. I explained that I needed an estimate. He quickly looked at my car and said that the damage was cleanable with a wax cleaner. Charged me zero dollars. I had gone to another body shop that wanted to charge me $800 (bandits). Pete was extremely honest and took the time out to clean the spot himself. Nice guy and honest, not often that you find honesty related to anything with a car.

My car was hit in an accident and found Rick's Auto Body & Paint online, so I called and was told that I could bring my car over the same day!
They are very professional and not only did a great job doing the auto body repair (see before and after images below), but also taking care of dealing with insurance company. I was dealing with the at fault driver's insurance company and it was not fun at all, so it was a great relief that they took care of that and eliminated the stress. They pushed for getting me a new replacement door, even though the insurance company insisted getting a used one.

I wanted to take a moment for a shout out on Ricks Auto Body on Hyperion. I have used Ricks twice now for fender bender repairs and each time has been a Stella experience. They do great work, but more importantly they are friendly and definitely not patronizing like some places can be. They go out of their way to make it all as easy as possible. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of auto body help.

Kevin is great. He was honest and upfront about all my repair options, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the price and the work done.
I got a couple dents on my fender and went around town getting quotes, which ranged from $650 to $1200 for the typical body work, repaint, and door blend. Kevin at Rick's is the only person who suggested paintless dent removal, which had a much lower price.
As I was already resigned to spending at least $650 for the full gamut of body work and paint, I found myself arguing with Kevin to spend MORE money at his shop, while he was trying to convince

I would give them ten stars if I could. Every single person I have come in to contact with at Rick's has been nothing but helpful and accommodating. They handle everything with the insurance company and are always extremely communicative in terms of what is being worked on and when the work will be complete. Absolutely love this place and thank you so much Kevin for the outstanding service. Not to mention, my car looks great!

This is my second time at Rick's and it won't be the last...if I unfortunately need my car worked on that is. I had such a superior customer service experience last time, that I skipped all the other body shops and went straight to Rick's.

The guy here who fixed my door handle the first time was really nice. But, several months later, the door handle came off again. I told my boyfriend to take it back here because they did such a good job the first time.
When he got there he was yelled at by an employee for parking the car in one of their available spots in their lot. So he moved the car.
When he got back from moving the car, he was told by a different employee that he could help him in a few minutes and he should put his car back in the lot. So he goes back to the neighborhood he had to park it in and puts it back in the lot

Went there twice for front fender body work. Both times the fender popped right off in a matter of weeks. They recommended and installed aftermarket fender. But that shouldn't mean "black market" ripoff. They said it was comparable in quality at a lower cost. Didn't leave a review the first time, instead went right to them and showed them and this first time they refused to give discount or do new fender for free. They said it was our fault. I'm not a reckless driver. I did not bump anything. It was just not on there correctly. The second time it popped right off again

Kevin and his staff is thee best team I have ever, ever had to deal with! They have been very helpful throughout this whole entire process. VERY long story short; my husband was rear-ended at a light and we went through the offender's insurance, AAA. The woman who was assigned to our claim was an absolute nightmare! They sent us to get a prelim estimate at Caliber Collision and they said it would only cost $1000 to fix. We thought that sounded wrong and we wanted a tear down estimate before we agreed to any amount in repairs. Luckily, my husband decided to take our car for a tear down estimate here because it was close to us and had great reviews. Thank goodness we did! They did a proper estimate and it was going to cost over $4000

I highly recommend Rick's Auto Body when you are in need of any auto body repairs! Sean and Genevieve were a pleasure to work with. Both were friendly, and I really appreciated the way Sean explained what needed to be replaced on my car and why. While they are a pleasure to work with, it's no offense when I say I hope I don't have to visit them anytime soon, but this is LA :)

So I came to these guys because a friend referred me to them. And honestly they are so amazing. My dad is a mechanic but lives on the east coast so I know when an auto shop gives me a quote and is reaping me off. I went thru a few until I found this place and now I’m not going where else. Armon is especially nice and goes above and beyond in fixing my car. I was dealing with car insurance and he really works for the clients advantage. Very professional and does great work. Definitely recommend for everyone to go here.

So today on August 9th 2019, I hit an infamous LA speed bump which absolutely destroyed my splash plate underneath my car (metal was scraping against the ground) and left me stranded in LA (I'm originally from Orange County). I first pulled into America's Tire Depot and they said they couldn't touch it but that they knew of an excellent repair shop and thus they gave me a referral card to Ricks.

The five star reviews are no joke! Alex is THE MAN.
I hit a massive pot hole that caused my rear bumper some misalignment, and I feared I'd need to get a total replacement.
Alex looked at it, grabbed a couple tools and with another worker, popped it back into place within 30 seconds to salvage as much as he could and now it looks as close to perfect as it can be.
He didn't ask for a penny. Instead, he shook my hand and told me to drive safely. A truly upstanding gentleman.
I'll be going back here for all my maintenance needs from now on!

These are third party , lesser parts than manufactured original parts. I didn't like this as I viewed it as a consumer would view the 99 cents store to Ralph's or Whole Foods. I wanted what the manufacturer authorized, not the knock-off brands -- and for safety reasons too!
Toyota was unable to price match but ricks body shop priced match to all original manufactured parts.
They also gave me

Make Ricks Auto your first stop for auto body work! I am the original owner of my vehicle from day one and I plan to keep it until the day it just won't get me from A to B. I actually reside an hour from LA and decided to take my vehicle here due to the phenomenal reviews I read.
