Novo Fitness Studio is the product of a dream, intense training, and passion. Located in Columbus (Midland), Georgia, it is a 100% LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED, licensed studio, and intimate fitness boutique that strives to provide a UNIQUE AND PERSONAL fitness experience for people of every fitness level.
All of our instructors began as dedicated clients of the studio, and they remain students even after they start teaching! After taking classes and developing a passion for the method(s), our instructors auditioned and applied for apprenticeships at Novo Fitness.
Instructors then attended and completed their certification(s) in their specific method(s) and began an extensive and rigorous apprenticeship consisting of observing, training, workshopping, and co-teaching in the classroom under observation and direction of senior teachers.

Novo is proud to offer a huge selection of high-quality, unique fitness apparel in our lobby boutique that cannot be found anywhere else in our area!. We are constantly getting brand new shipments of clothing from the top designers of studio-to-street fitness apparel, so our shop will never have the same pieces twice!
Clients say they are more consistent and committed to working out since joining our studio. I came to Novo at least four times per week during my pregnancy, and though it was difficult at times, it paid off! My delivery was easy enough and I recovered quickly. I jumped back to Novo as soon as my doctor gave me the "okay."
Music-driven, motivating, form-focused classes are our specialty. Each of our classes emphasize form through verbal cuing by the instructor, sometimes accompanied by tactile corrections (in certain classes). One of the major concepts cued is a "neutral spine, " which helps clients stay safe in proper posture throughout the class.

Novo is a place you walk in with the decision to get in shape and better yourself, but ends up being so much more. You look forward to coming because it is a tribe of empowering women who immediately adopt you in to the family. If you don't believe you can when you walk in the door, by the time you leave you will know YES YOU CAN! I love this place and ALL the sweet ladies that make Novo a home and not a place.

I did my first class on September the 18th, 2021 and have been going consistently since and absolutely love it! There are many different classes to choose from. I appreciate the warm welcome when I come through the door, everyone is smiling and extremely helpful. The classes I have taken challenge me. The instructors are knowledgeable and very encouraging. I would definitely recommend Novo for ladies who are looking for a friendly environment to experience challenging and fun classes.

Such a welcoming environment. I have loved and enjoyed every class I have taken at Novo. All of the instructors are welcoming and supportive. I defiantly 100% recommend Novo fitness. Feels like home as soon as you walk in, as if you know everyone when you walk in. A good place for everyone who loves to sweat and feel at home, while getting your work out in!!

This place is quickly beginning to become my second home. I was surprised by how welcoming everyone was, and how they helped me through every step of the way even when I was laying on the ground, sweating my heart out (in the best way). The instructors checked on everyone after class, and were genuinely interested in how my overall well-being was. Everyone may be in a group setting , but Novo is so personal. Novo is more than a fitness studio, it is a place I can call home! I have been a part of the Novo Community for almost 3 years and there has never been a day that I haven’t loved this place. The variety of classes, the instructors who make you feel loved and known, and the community of friends is unmatched! I can’t begin to explain how much this little studio has changed my life. The atmosphere is so welcoming, the instructors are phenomenal, the clientele is supportive & the classes will leave you exhausted, sweaty, and feeling accomplished.
