Services
My career initially took me in an entirely different direction, but in 2000 my husband & I relocated from England to New York. It was then that I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a chef and enroll in Culinary school. I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2002. I then spent time working in restaurants, event spaces and print magazines.
To ensure we give every cake our full love and attention we work on a limited number of cakes per week. With that in mind we recommend you book your date with us as soon as possible, preferably 3-9 months in advance. Depending on our schedule, however, we will always try to accommodate bookings with shorter notice.

I got married this year, and Victoria created a lovely cake (See picture) for our wedding. We were so pleased with it, and how it really was the center piece of the reception. We met with Victoria early last year, and discussed our vision. She was able to draw up a sketch for how it would look like. The tasting was beyond what we expected. We were impressed with all our options, and how it was all put together for us to try in her lovely studio. I didn't have a worry on my wedding day, and saw our wedding cake for the first time. Victoria was also able to place flowers from our florist on our wedding

We had a small wedding and wanted a small and simple cake. Victoria and her team made our vision come to life and made it elegant and beautiful. It also tasted amazing. Working with Victoria was easy, she was very kind and did everything she could to make sure that the cake was secure when driving it to the reception.

Absolutely amazing. The cake was expensive, but worth every cent. It was a beautiful work of art and tasted amazing. It was a two tier meant to serve 18 people, but we only had 11. The cake slices we took were smaller than the suggested serving size, so we had enough for seconds using only using the top tier. Victoria was easy to talk to, and the cake she created was exactly what I wanted and how I imagined it. She is incredibly skilled and talented-- the fondant work and sugar flowers were awesome. Victoria was such a pleasure to work with! She made our Wedding cake and I could not have been happier. The cake looked stunning and tasted delicious.
