Services
Del Puerto Health Care District has been serving the community since 1949. The Del Puerto Health Care District Board has positioned the District to begin moving forward, insuring that all aspects of the health continuum are considered for the communities of west Stanislaus County. The District's goal is to forge partnerships to insure, at the appropriate time, high quality, long-term solutions to health care needs are addressed.
California Healthcare Districts respond to the specialized health needs of California communities. Voters created 79 Healthcare Districts to fulfill local health care needs. Of these, 54 serve the state's rural areas. Healthcare Districts provide access to essential health services and are directly accountable at the community level.
Mr. Luis Avila is a Senior Healthcare Operations Consultant whose professional work focuses on partnering with clinical staff to improve patient. Cities, counties and special districts in California are required by law (AB 1234, Chapter 700, Stats. of 2005) to provide ethics training to their local officials.
Del Puerto Health Care District is governed by a 5-member board of directors who are publicly elected to serve four-year terms. Board members must be residents within the boundaries of the District. When a Directors leaves their seat before the term is concluded our Board of Directors' Bylaws and CA State Law provide how vacancies are to be filled.
Two of our Board members review each month's financial reports including income, expenses, bank account reconciliations, and budget performance. Monthly financial reports are included in each month's committee packet. Please here to access the Financial Committee page and the meeting packets. In compliance with state law, we provide income and expense information to the State Controller's office annually.

Unfortunately I had to rate it with a star so I i could post .... and it's unfortunate because the physician is great but the staff is HORRIBLE!!!
Zero customer service, they are rude, inconsiderate, they forget they are dealing with human beings.
I have since removed myself and my family from their services and joIned Sutter and what a change!
Do not expose yourself or your family to these people and their unprofessional service!
Zero positive patient experience

I'm giving del puerto Health Center only one star , NO because of the stuff service BUT because of the Dr Christine Cavanaugh , she is a horrible human being, she straight up told me she didn't care about my health and that she was not worried about me, after I told her how bad my headaches were affecting my life and if she could think of the reason I was with a such problem, she simply said people get headaches, I was speechless. How can a doctor tell me THAT? I want to warn people from having such a bad experience with this Dr, PLEASE ask for another one .
This is not the first time

Front desk receptionist are nice and polite. Doctor assistant is also very nice. The staff overall are great.
Reason for my 3 starts is because the nurse that helped me 3 times does not care for patients. As soon as she gets in the room, as soon as she leaves.
She cuts short the conversations and feels like she wants to leave the room unto the next one. Her explanations are short, i went to see her 3 times and i paid $85.00 to see her less than 2 minutes. Tow of those 3 times i didn't get what i needed only because she didn't agree.
The third time i had to asked her in detail and made

As clinics go its ok, it could be worst i guess. The front desk staff isnt medicaly trained. So don't use big words or medical terms when speaking to them, they wount understand you and they'll make things up acodring to what they think you need. Also since the front dest staff seems to be uneducated don't ask questions in regards for them to explain treatment, theyll just re peat what they ate trained to say.

One reason of high medical costs ethics, Del Puerto Health Care Clinic (Patterson-Turlock)
I was covering a medical clinic in Patterson, CA as a RN Nurse Practitioner. Over all the medical assistants were compassionate, empathetic and professional. I shared an office with a colleague a former Chiropractor and now a brother nurse practitioner. He is a fellow Christian too! We hit it off and he enjoyed the fact I had my service dog with me a black lab named Fred.. Over all nice staff, with one big ethical blemish.
I was told for the seasonal "Flu shots" in order to collect more money
