We had done a site survey, had been working great together until May 20th when I lost all contact! We were waiting on designs and I was told I would receive them the following Monday but I have lost all contact. I have called (more than one person) and left messages, emailed, and even filled out the contact form just hoping to hear back from anyone. It has been over three weeks and nothing. This was not only unprofessional but has effect my work because I now have not had any updates to share with my employer for a project I was asked to lead.

The level of incompetence is astounding. Walked off a simple interior sign installation because they didn't understand how to surface mount a wall sign. Spoke to another installer and they said no problem...very easy project. Then billed me almost $600 for a trip charge.
Would never consider using again.
