It was so great to work with BIG! They did an amazing job at helping create my sign and working through all of the necessary details for it. It was also done ahead of schedule which has helped with getting the word out about my new business. So happy to have this and will use them for my second and third ones for sure! I think Building Image Group is awesome. Frankly, I appreciate that they don’t just sign up for every opportunity that comes along. That’s what most signage companies do and it never works out well for their customers. When BIG says they will do something by a certain time, they keep their word and they don’t close out a project until their customers are 110% satisfied. Thank you, BIG!!

I received incredibly presumptuous email responses from Shirley over a request for pricing. Building Image Group (BIG) may or may not value the feedback on Shirley's communication style, but I'd like to offer that there are ways to respectfully decline the opportunity for the job because of scheduling and resources, while still nurturing a potential new client relationship, and WITHOUT pretentiousness and without being completely condescending. Eww.
