Our founders met in Sydney, Australia through an international leadership camp for young global leaders, organized by Rotary International. Both Mitty and Jermaine shared a passion to create positive social change, and they quickly became friends. One immediate struggle they both saw was the mismatch of how stories are told to the millennial generation.

At Candeavor's heart, we are powered by our will to make this world a better place. Our name means that any endeavor can happen. We are obsessed with great stories, and believe that they can spark imagination and innovation.

Candeavor's team is founded by entrepreneurial millennials with years of experience in the design and marketing world. We understand how to attract millennials because we are millennials. Millennials are the largest generation in U.S. history - even bigger than the Baby Boomer generation. Millennials now make up the largest percentage of the workforce.

As a fellow UC Davis graduate, I have seen Mitty Chang's involvement as an alumni and have grown to know Mitty's work ethic and passion for service. Mitty is extremely efficient and works diligently. He has not only grown his business but helped young professionals like myself become involved in my local community as well.
