Forever Signs

On behalf of the City of Miami's Parks and Recreation Department, we were very pleased with our purchase order and the communication with Forever Signs. They also delivered the product a day ahead of schedule, which was excellent!

I tried contacting this company maybe 7 times by phone and email. They said someone will “call you back”. Nobody did. I gave benefit of the doubt and called a day later and they still didn’t entertain my potential business. I said I can email the rep. I did just that, and still, never heard back. Truly and disgracefully unprofessional!!!

Forever Signs was fast and efficient to work with. The quality of fabrication was great. We will certainly use their services in the future.

Their name is 1/2 correct. They keep your money forever but don’t expect a sign. For over two years they have held my deposit, which was refundable in the event a permit was not issued. The city never issued our permit and forever asked me to proceed without a permit. When my landlord wouldn’t agree to that they said they would refund me. From 1/2020 to 7/2021 they confirmed they would be refunding me multiple times and never actually sent the refund check. I feel badly writing a negative review as they are clearly in a difficult financial position given their inability to refund a client after

The office is very professional. They send the quotes right away. They take you thru the whole design process. The work is all permitted with the municipalities. The crew on the field very organized and the area was left clean. The work is seamless. I strongly recommend this firm for any sign work.

They are the best sign manufacturing/installers in all of South Florida. Their prices are always the most aggressive. They actually care about helping their customers. Shout out to Dayana for all her help!

The wait was well worth it for a professionally done eye-catching sign which has already significantly improved our sales overnight. The process took a little longer than we wished due to permits but the final product was outstanding.
Make sure to schedule your installation and have an electrician available at the same time they're installing to guarantee your sign will light up as intended once installed.

This has to be the most criminal place I've ever called in my life!!!! I found a man that will install a sign for me for 600 dollars with the permit, but i have someone that is my friend and is going to install the sign with me for free....all i need is there signature to get the permit they don't have to spend any money or time doing that. I will go to them pay for the notary stamp and take the application for the permit in myself, and they told me they wanted 600 dollars to sign the paper.....hahahahahaha this is the literal definition of "HIGH WAY ROBBERY" buyer beware!!

I was initially happy with work and even recommended this business to others. The signs were nice, however the holes they made to install them caused my building to leak, they patched them several times but still have problems 5 years later, and claims its not from the signs. (problem coincidentally started after sign install). Additionally, the owner took down a costly banner, offered to store it, then lost it, and refused to replace it. He then showed up at my office expecting to get OUR services for free...REALLY? Not one of my signs was free. SHAME ON YOU! This is not how true professionals
