To start this saga off i had called this company 7 months earlier and asked for someone to come quote my roof. No one ever showed up. I was in no hurry so i kinda just let it go for the time being. Then after 7 months i get a cold call from an associate to see if i needed a new roof or gutters. I told them i had called 7 months earlier and no one showed up. Finally i get a quote, sign a contract for an amount to do the roof. A week later i get a phone call saying they screwed up the quote and it would now be $2000 dollars more. I told them we had a contract, they said the contract is there to protect
