This company was called because the plumber from another company botched the job. I was told by the plumber I called out first that the leak in my shower was caused by a bad cartridge. He replaced the cartridge and then called me in the bathroom. He had wrapped the cartridge in a towel to let the water run down in the tub. He said that the valve was the problem and that it was leaking. He needed to go in the wall and replace it but he couldn't do it that day. Long story short, I called this company to fix it.
