I Don't Even Live Here But I Love The Community & Visiting My Bestie Here So Our Kiddo's Can Play Beautiful Apartments & Very Family Oriented Clean & Wonderful Property***

My family and I love it here! It’s nice to see my kids interacting with all the other kiddos in the apartment complex! Stacy and Stewart do such an amazing job taking care of their residents. If I ever need something fixed or looked at, they are always on top of it. Plus, they do little things on certain holidays to get the community to come together.

I absolutely love living here. The move in process was quick and efficient. The manager Stacey is very knowledgeable, caring and efficient. Also Stewart always handles all maintenance requests quickly and is very kind. They make me feel very welcome. I HIGHLY recommend living here.

I have lived here for around 10 years. This is a great place to live, beautiful location. I love that these are townhomes so you do not have to worry about someone above or below you. We have the best manger and maintenance man that we have ever had here. Staci is always available and willing to help with whatever is needed. Stuart our maintenance man is amazing always out working and when you have a problem he is right there to fix it. This really is a great place to live because of the location right by Show Low Lake and also because of the management we have here. I feel safe and we have a great

Mountain Park is hands down one of the best places my wife and I have ever lived. Our neighbors are friendly and courteous, the townhouses and common grounds are immaculate, and Stacy, the property manager is incredible!
In the two years that we've been here, Stacy's office has always been open to us whether we're stopping by for a cup of coffee and a quick hello, or if there's a leaky faucet that needs fixing. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, professionally and with a smile by Stuart, who along with Stacy have welcomed us to the home that is everything we wished it to be.

I am a 2 year resident and Stacy is Awesome!!! She goes out of her way to help a lot of people in this community. Before I moved here 2 years ago I was homeless with 2 boys and struggling to find a place that was affordable. Stacy got me into an apartment ASAP and didn't even know what we were going through, she did it just because that's who she is. These townhomes also have a great maintenance tech, a man by the name of Stuart who can get some $**t done! He'll get it done and fast and he'll smile and talk with you the whole time. I love living here! It is quiet, affordable and right next door

Me and my family have lived here for fours year and have loved and and appreciated Stacy every moment of it. She will go above and beyond to make sure we are genuinely satisfied. Regardless of what our problem is she is happy to work with us and make it better. By far the best landlord in the white mountains.

I rented my unit sight unseen. Stacy the property manager is absolutely amazing. She made my whole move in process so easy from start to finish. Stuart the maintenance man is fantastic. The key to the laundry room I was given didn't work and the door to the dishwasher needed to be replaced. I had a new key in about an hour and the dishwasher door was replaced first thing the next morning. I am so happy with my decision to move here and look forward to being a part of the Mountain Park community for a very long time.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I've lived in apartments all over the country and this by far is the cleanest, quietest, and most well kept. Before the snow is even finished falling sometimes the car park and walkways are already plowed and salted! Maintenance is always quick and courteous. Stewart is like a giant magic elf. I put in a request and before I know it, things are magically done! Coming from a large city I didn't know what to expect. Stacy, the manager, was quick to process my paperwork and find the PERFECT spot for me. Her warmth and humour immediately made me feel at home. I honestly don't know
