Services
Salud's revenue cycle experts help our clients manage complexity by anticipating and resolving issues as they arise. Our issues-focused collaborative work teams produce advanced analyses of industry trends, develop creative strategies to monitor and address challenges, and provide training and education in advance of changes.
After claims are closed, most hospitals and health systems - many with six figures' worth of claims annually - simply forget about them. They are missing a source of significant revenue. Reviewing these accounts offers the opportunity to find out how accurately payers are paying their bills. These reviews find many claims that can be reopened to recoup lost revenue.
Middle-income families spend 11% of their annual incomes on out-of-pocket healthcare costs and insurance premiums and deductibles, according to the Commonwealth Fund. Self-pay appears to be on the rise, putting further pressure on providers. Absolving patients of payment obligations isn't sustainable, nor are harsh collection tactics.
If you want to work for a dynamic, innovative leader in the world of healthcare revenue cycle management, look no further than Salud Revenue Partners. Our new headquarters in Lafayette, Ind., is in an expansion mode. More opportunities are opening up every day. I had two video interviews with their HR for a possible collections job. I thought it was strange that I was not able to interview with my potential supervisor, or that they never asked for a salary range from me. HR offered me the job, but at a very low salary for my experience. The HR rep actually told me that my 15+ years experience was right in line with their $19/hr offer! Then when I declined, she came back with a 50 cent increase! What a joke, and an insult! The bottom line is that they do not want to pay for experience! Don't waste your time here!
