I had a very bad experience, Person I was in contact with was giving me either lies or he simply has no idea what is going on, in a nutshell- he said sign will be ready in 6-8 weeks, turned out it was 6-8 weeks from moment of manufacturing date. That alone is a huge difference..there were many things along the way, but today i finally get my sign, but I forgot to put it on my calendar..so instead of them giving me a call they call the landlord to open up my Studio. Aren't I paying?? like 12K?? Quite the service!
