In the middle of the night, one of my copper pipes solder connectors broke lose. I was only up for the weekend and had guests at my cabin. The water being off was not an option. I called Andry Rasmussen's emergency plumbing line and left a message. The call was returned by 7:00am and they came out and fixed the issue before noon. Very polite people that do good work and are very responsive. Thank you!

Two issues:
1: Winterized my home multiple years. Two years had broken fixture and broken pipe.
2: They are charging customers for travel that is not happening. It is based on tech traveling from their main headquarters... which isn't happening all the time. This is gouging customers. They apply charges at will and refuse to come to reason with customers on their regular routes. If you "sign up for annual service" then they will be fair. What a selling point!

We have used Andry Rasmussen and Sons for many years and continue to do so, after the change over to new owners. We use their services because they are very knowledgable and always get the job done well, in a timely manner and also are very helpful, answering all my questions. Their suggestions for maintaining our plumbing things are very helpful.
They are still all we need for all our plumbing and septic care, and anything else they can take care of in our home.

I have worked with Andry Rasmussen a number of times over the past 6 years. They have performed plumbing, heating and major septic repairs for me both on my own home as well as real estate sales I have worked on in the Hayward area. They are a very well organized team and their service is always prompt and professional. I have worked closely with Tim and Jeff on a number of projects and they are both excellent to deal with. The last two projects they did for us came in below their time and materials bid which is almost unheard of today. I consider Andry Rasmussen to be as good as there is in the
