Do not use this lawyer! We paid $3,000 for probate after my mom passed away in October 2019. Over the course of 14 months, he never called to check in and let us know about the progress of the probate, gave conflicting information the entire time, and over the course of 14 months he went to court twice and finally had the probate finalized in… January 2021. I tried to be patient with him because of COVID but we got a letter stating there was a discrepancy in our title because he dropped the ball and basically didn’t know how to handle the situation, which we made very clear to him
