The goal was to supply high quality American made replacement brushes, at reasonable prices. These attributes remain the cornerstone of Custom Brush today. Includes channel back, coil, handset, wire drawn and other standard and special brush manufacturing. CB pioneered color coded bristles to help enhance supervision, control, safety, and compliance. A set of dedicated brushes can reduce the likelihood of a costly validation test, prevent cross contamination of product, and improve efficiency.
Replacement brushes for the Merrill(R) counting machines are manufactured with a stainless steel coil, which eliminates cord wrapped and glue construction. CB can either supply new stainless steel shafts, or reuse your existing shafts, providing a significant savings. Replacement Merrill(R) brushes are manufactured for all sizes, makes and models.
Replacement brushes for the Lakso(R) counting machines duplicate the channel back construction for coil and strip brushes, using a stainless steel back. This construction is more rigid and less prone to drift over end clips. All replacement sizes for Lakso(R) machines can be duplicated. Our company manufactures its Lakso(R) replacement brushes with standard white nylon as well as alternative colors.
Replacement brushes are manufactured for all Klockner(R) counting machines. Delrin cores are utilized to produce standard brushes in a wide range of dimensions and nylon materials to meet all of your production needs. Outside diameter (OD), inside diameter (ID), core length and materials can be customized to accommodate your standard and special requirements for regular, eccentric and wedge disks, as well as roller brushes.
Custom Brush provides two alternatives for your King(R) counting machine replacement brushes. Stainless steel is used to duplicate the King(R) machine's channel back brushes. Strips can be precut to the standard 13-1/4" or 26-1/2" lengths or be manufactured in other sizes. Also manufactured is a solid roller replacement on a reusable core, which replaces the strip brushes.
