We won a booking in the peacock room and we’re so happy as we would be hosting our rehearsal dinner there. We inquired about the date in June and was told it was available. We were not told anything else was required because if we had been, we would have taken care of it. Now we are unable to host there due to the room being booked. This was just a negative experience and such a spoil for our wedding.

Driven past this place several times without knowing what it was. However, one weekend I got invited to happy hour and decided I would go. I will say it is a little hard find but that is part of what makes this place special. The parking lot is away from the river stream that runs by the patio. The wild peacocks are undisturbed and friendly. And the live music is not to loud. When you start to get hungry you can go inside and sit down in the beautiful dinning room. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful. When reading reviews about Spirit Ranch, I do not understand how people are giving

We booked a room to celebrate our children last night. We were required to reserve at least 4 hours so, I chose 6p to 10p. While, we're attempting to set up our slide show, somehow we found out they didn't have us down to eat until 730p. I was very specific on how I wanted to work the evening. Dinner first,, then festivities afterwards.
Although they tried to work with us, we had to wait over an hour before we could eat. I also paid to have a cash bar with very specific alchohol and there was one missing. I spent a bundle on this evening and am disappointed. Unlikely, I will use this

Every event I’ve been to or had here has been AMAZING! The owners have always responded quickly, paid attention to details and have always had everything the way I need.
I would recommend Spirit Ranch to anyone for business meetings, weddings, birthdays, or just date night at the restaurant on site E&J Smokehouse and Grill. The food is always on point and I’ve never had anything I don’t like!!
Try it out for yourself and you will see this venue has so much to offer and you will feel like you aren’t even in Lubbock!

I had my wedding at the Spirit Ranch a few weeks ago and everything was so perfect and beautiful and honestly exceeded my expectations! The food came out on time and was so delicious. Jessica made sure that I had everything I wanted and was patient in dealing with a few last minute details. Her staff that night were very polite and helpful to my guests. I will definitely be back!

Stopped here for lunch to get some bbq. The restaurant is clean and tastefully decorated. My coworkers ordered a brisket plate and I ordered a chicken plate. None of us were impressed. Anytime you hear the word edible when trying a new place.. well that's not good. The chicken was lukewarm and looked like it had been picked at before it was brought out to me. It was blackened and tasted like ashes from Charcoal. Not very impressed.
