The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The office is beautiful and clean. The dentist is also the most knowledgeable dentist I have been to in years. Also is so friendly. He knows his business. Unlike some dentist who try to push procedures on you......that you don't need. I felt so comfortable. I would highly recommend All Dental to all my family and friends. Very professional and honest.

I used to go here to see Dr. Lender and another specialist there. This is literally a money-making scheme they have going on here. I had a root canal and some fillings done. The crown that they put on my tooth after the root canal gave me a lot of trouble and pain so I went back. Dr. Lender told me that once the crown is set, there is nothing he can do and did not seem helpful or cooperative at all. Additionally, when I was there, Dr. Lender and his assistants kept talking to each other in Russian or some other language that I couldn't understand and I didn't know if they were discussing

I would highly recommend Dr. Urban for any difficult procedures from bone grafts to gum work ....
when I was hit from the back by a car, I broke two teeth and he did the required gum work to fix the tooth and put on a new crown.
He's also excellent in dental implants. I had no pain with him whatsoever. Even AFTER the surgery (and I needed 4 done at two separate times). Once last March and once last May.
I'm not sure if that's normal not to have any pain after a dental implant but it just attests to how great of a doctor he is.
He gives you his cell, he texts you back if you

Apparently you are forever going to deny my existence. So now I'm back.
I had a lot of dental work done over $35,000.00. I thought he was a bit expensive but I wanted the work done right. Well that didn't happen either. the seven implants worked out well but the major part of the work he did was root canals and crowns. many of which FAILED. The crowns that failed I noted were not cemented in properly, almost built to fail. I even had one root canal post fall right out of its socket. Unbelievable.

I'm a fairly new patient. The practice is close to home.
The office is clean & spacious & the staff seem knowledgeable.
However, I find some of the reviews here a little unsettling. And I'm questioning, with HIPAA the law of medical practice especially, if office staff going into files to try and locate patients even strictly on a first name, first initial of last name basis goes against privacy policy, and if there is so much business in the office, where is there the time to be going into files to do this and say "We can't find a patient in our records named _

Wanted to say thank you to All Dental for the great job they have done. You know that visits to the dentist could be quite stressful. I was made comfortable by the front desk and was also greeted by the manager upon arrival. Thy did not make me wait, as we all usually do in doctors' or dentists' offices. Dr. Mazo did a masterful and timely job on my crown and now have my smile back:)) I'm very pleased by my overall experience and would recommend All Dental to anyone without hesitation.

I have been going to All Dental for many (5+) years and bring my young son here, as well. The front desk staff are amazingly helpful (Amy rocks!) and the technology the office uses is so helpful (email reminders of appointments, quick & same-day responses to emails, etc.), which is critical to busy people. I get my teeth cleaned there every 3 months and Firas is amazing--so gentle and kind. Just this month I had to come into the office for an emergency when a molar broke in half. Haha I knew the office girls would complain. I assure you I'm real. I used a pseudonym beside why on earth would I let you look up my info info on your office computer? My new dentist in worcester is so much better than this place im shocked. Much less $$$, too. And as for leaving a second negative review, I wrote to the one guy here who said you were 5 stars because you cleaned his teeth, which apparently was a new thing for him. I didn't feel that was an accurate assessment of a dentist,.

I came in as a new patient back on February and had the best cleaning I had in years. My hygienist was very knowlagable and gentle! After that a few crowns put in and currently working on an implant. All the doctors I have seen are hightly proffecional and use state of the art techniques! I have had a great experience with the whole office!!
