At the conclusion of a matter, we will advise a client regarding their appeal rights and whether or not an appeal is an appropriate response to a trial court decision. The Vermont Supreme Court decides issues of law and whether or not facts were properly applied to the law.

I hardly ever write reviews, but my experience with Angela Z. has been (and continues to be) outstanding, so I can't keep her all to myself. Her attention to my specific needs as a startup business in VT and needling through my lease was just the beginning. I had trouble with my contractor and electrician during fit-up, and Angela guided me through the process of getting through what could've been rather ugly, with the least cost (emotional and financial). Without her and her consistently sound legal advice, my startup experience would have been excruciating. THANK YOU ANGELA!

I've personally known and worked with Angela at Bennett & Zaikowski PC for about 3 years now and I am a very proud member of their Vermont Apartment Owners Association. Angela saved me from making a very costly mistake as I was previously pulling my leases for my rental units off of the internet! (DO NOT MAKE THAT SAME MISTAKE!) I tried hard to work with this office when someone else's bad credit accidently ended up on my credit report. The told me they would email my bank and let them know that it wasn't my name on the small claims docket how ever when I called my bank the next day no such email was sent. Now kid gloves are off and I will demand that the do as they say and will follow up twice a day until they are true to their word!!!!!!
