I was referred to Vance’s through a friend. They performed a blood test for food sensitivities which proved to be very helpful in changing my diet. While I was visiting with the Doctor, she ended up listening to some of my other health concerns and gave me a supplement and told me to let her know how it worked… or if it didn’t. The office staff is nice and the place is clean.
I plan to use them in the future!

Agree with the other reviews, they spent a lot on advertising and hyping themselves up and this place doesn’t add up. There was only one professional Nurse, tech, etc (not sure her title) there. She was the one doing the exam and also in with the doctor and very professional and kind, she always stayed on task and never held side conversations with the others. As for the others, they held conversations across the room, openly talked about other patients in front of others (For sure violating HIPPA with multiple things said). The office itself is very run down. The X-ray machine looks a solid

Chiropractic care is something that I have done over the years with both good and "meh" practitioners. Josh Vance is one of the GOOD ONES. He is personable while being professional, and willing to give you the information you need to make a choice in your health care.
Not everyone is always going to have perfect experiences but, for my family, we have had nothing but the best in care from Vance Chiropractic. The staff is very friendly, will work with you to check on insurance coverage, and are easy to work with and be around.

I had heard about Vance Chiropractic Clinic through SkywatchTV. I listened to Dr. Josh's interview and decided that he and his techniques are what's needed to correct a severe neck injury which I have lived with since childhood, over 50 years ago. You see, I was willing to travel from TN, where I live, to MO. I was in dire need of structural, endocrine, and immune corrective changes. Dr. Josh couldn't have been more patient and kind. This is a prime example of someone that spent a lot of money on advertising and a website and the place doesn't add up. Staff had conversations with one another across the room with other staff members talking about patients and how they made them bleed heavily when sticking them. Also spoke how they accidentally stuck a needle in someone's hip bone while giving them a shot. Stating " well, I told her not to move"! They not only violated HIPAA laws but show that they have zero professionalism. Office unkept and dirty. Waited an hour to be seen before I walked out.

I am so impressed Josh Vance, not only is he getting me out of pain! He is just a down to earth doctor, I work 3rd shift and I get my appointments at 7:30 A.M. so I can go from work to the chiropractor’s office. I usually get there before they open up at 7:30 but I see Mr. Vance in there vacuuming the floor! The other day we pulled up and he was clearing the ice off the front of the sidewalk, and when it time for me to be put in my stretching device to get my spine aligned and his office staff is busy with other things he will do it! So happy!
