Me and my ex were court ordered to find a counselor to do joint parenting counseling, he and his lawyer suggested this office. The order did not stipulate a specific counselor or that they had to report back to the court. This office assigned Carla Libby. At the second appointment after hearing the issues happening between us she stated, "Let me speak about these issues with someone that is more qualified for this and I'll get back to you at the next appointment." After she admitted she was unqualified to handle the issues, I found out she was certified and charging my insurance for 'couples counseling

I saw a counselor here who was constantly late for all my appointments and she would leave the session to go to the bathroom on top of being 20 minutes late already or would always have her head in her phone texting. She asked very uncomfortable questions whenever she did engage and it was an overall unwelcoming and extremely uncomfortable experience.( I have a new counselor now that is much nicer and understands appropriate questions and is actually on time) I’m just upset she was never held accountable for her abhorrent conduct. It was a waste of my time and I still feel extremely uncomfortable

I am truly grateful for Counseling Las Cruces this place is amazing from the instant you call to get information to the minute you walk in to their office. I was hesitant on getting counseling but when I called to get information V made it so much easier for me to take the initiative to actually come in and see one of their providers.
