0 stars!! Began the flooring process in December and it is now mid April and we have been stuck with unfinished floors/stairs. The customer service is terrible. No one calls you back, and there is an excuse every time you speak to someone. They ordered 18 boxes too many, ordered the wrong quarter round and the installers left my walls with holes and stains in them and my bathrooms had dirt, debris and stains everywhere. Very unprofessional.

I would give The Flooring Gallery zero stars if it were possible. I cannot imagine a more horrible experience - it has been a nightmare.
- We were told the carpet was one price, but charged another, substantially higher, price.
- We were told one installation day, then the day before told our carpet was lost.
- When they finally did come to install our carpet it has been measured incorrectly (by one of the store’s employees) and did not fit.
- When it was installed it was not done correctly, and several areas could be picked completely off the subfloor.
- We ended up with a horrible seam
