Services
Dr. Annalee Fencl is a native of Northeast Iowa, growing up in rural Lawler. Annalee attended the University of Iowa for her undergraduate studies, earning her Bachelors in Business Administration in 2009.
In 2013, she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa and decided to further her training and successfully completed a two-year post-graduate residency specializing in pediatric dentistry at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in 2015.

Our unique Membership Plan provides comprehensive annual care solutions designed to fit your family and your budget. Coverage begins upon receipt of completed and signed contract, and when payment is received in full.
A pediatric dentist is a specialist dedicated to the oral health of infants, children, adolescents and patients with special health care needs. Pediatric dentists complete two or three years of additional specialized training beyond the required four years of dental school. They are trained and qualified to care for patients with medical or physical disabilities.
Current patients: We require all active patients to update their Health History and acknowledge our most recent privacy notices every 3 years. If informed by our staff that you are due to complete this, please print, complete, and bring both the "HIPAA Update" and "Health History Update" forms to your child's next appointment.

Each time we have been to Northeast Iowa Pediatric Dentisty, the staff has been amazing towards my girls. When my oldest daughter chipped her front tooth, they were able to squeeze her in for an emergency appointment. Dr. Annie takes great care of all her patients and did a wonderful job fixing my daughter’s smile.

We just love Dr. Annie and all the staff. Highly recommend the work along with the chair side manner for kids. Explanation on procedures are thorough for both parent and child. My son 7 has had high anxiety for dentists in the past. Now, with this staffs help, he has a better smile and no anxiety. We can’t thank them enough! Now if they only took adults! 👍

I would highly recommend anybody in Northeast Iowa that has a child take them to Northeast Iowa pediatric dentist they do a wonderful job and they are so so very informative when explaining exactly what needs to be done or what procedure they feel is important

Our 4.5y/o daughter had to get some cavity work done and we were beyond impressed and pleased! Dr. Annie and Kaytie were AMAZING with her. Their entire “bedside manner” was top notch and truly magical to watch. Between their verbiage they used to explain to her what they were going to do and the affection they showed her, our daughter was as comfortable and confident as could be. They made her feel so at ease. She loved them so much that she wants to see them for everything now! We will gladly drive an hour each way just to see them. :) We would recommend them to anyone!

My kiddos LOVE when it’s time to have their dentist appts! The staff are so welcoming & friendly to us all & know so much about what they are doing. They interact on my kiddos’ level & are attentive towards them. And what can we say about Dr. Annie....AMAZING!!!! So personable, knowledgeable, & caring! But most of all, a mom sharing her skills & knowledge as a trained professional....nothing better! We LOVE NEIAPD....Thank you for all you do for our kiddos & everyone as well!!! :)

Dr. Annie and team are fantastic to work with from normal check ups to tongue tie revisions. Also, they do something I haven’t experienced with any other office, they call a week in advance to tell you what is covered by insurance and what you will owe after the appointment. The entire team goes above and beyond and I am so grateful to have such a great pediatric dentist office in Decorah!

NE Iowa Pediatric Dentistry is phenomenal. They cater to children so well as to ensure the children have a positive experience. They educate parents and children. All of the hygienists and Dr. Annie made all of our children feel comfortable and welcome. Not to mention, they see all of your children at once so it’s efficient and comforting. Highly recommend!

Everyone working there is great! All super friendly and great with kids . Dr. Annie is the awesome! She takes the time to explain to the kids as she goes , and is able to deliver it perfectly at their level. She has such a sweet and fun personality! They are also considerate and up front about best treatment options as far as expense goes. I appreciate that part a lot too!
