Very tender meat and great flavors. You can see the aftermath in the pictures.

Great food!! Loved that they have a bowl option, I've never seen that before. I also appreciate when a place keeps the sauces on the side so I can pick between all of them (or mix them!) and not over power the delicious meat. Friendly, helpful service as well! @amp_eats (instagram and Facebook)

They have a good catered Thanksgiving meal with smoked light & dark meat with potatoes and corn. Everything was great but the stuffing had a weird sweet taste that i am not use to. Their tipsy pig sandwich is nice and lean and their brisket is good but the pork belly meal was mostly fat.

They were closed and they saw us knocking on the door. They opened up and said, "What can we get you". How wonderful and refreshing customer service and then the food was so delicious. I had to take the time to do a review with the staff as friendly as they were and the food so good. Way to go above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

For New England BBQ it's pretty good but if you have ever spent any time in the deep south like I have it's just ok. Good variety of sauces, the cornbread is dreamy. The ribs tasted good but not quite fall off the bone that you get at Texas Roadhouse. Pulled pork was very good. The brisket was good not great. The hush puppies were weird, too big and too sweet. It was almost like the Doughnut Holes I had at Yaz's Table up the street but not as good. Good variety of beers and sodas. The staff was friendly but it took a long time to get my orders which was not large at all.Parking and dining in the

Ordered Mac&Cow and bone-in chicken platter with mashed potatoes and coleslaw sides. Very delicious! Tater tots were not baked fully.
You need to try their BBQ sauce! We took the mild hot and it was just perfect!

Awesome food and easy ordering/pickup! We had a friend recommended Sarcastic Swine for a surprise birthday party for my husband and literally everyone asked where we got the food from. One guest raves about the collard greens, another said the brisket was amazing and the cornbread with the cinnamon butter was delicious! I would definitely order from them again and highly recommend them.

My husband and I are pretty tough critics of barbecue in New England because we are from Alabama and Texas, respectively. This place met our standards and then some. The food was great, and the definitely displayed southern hospitality through their kindness and customer service. The sandwiches we got were BIG, too! Loved sitting on the patio with our dog. Thanks for a great experience, y’all!

First time there. Just moved to the area so gonna check out the rest of their menu. Owner was there. Incredibly friendly. Nice atmosphere felt super comfortable there.
Had ribs and brisket. Loved the ribs. Brisket was good but definitely the ribs. Collard greens were legit as well. Cornbread was tasty.
Lots of sauces to try. Definitely coming back. They have sandwiches and burritos to try

Great lunch at Sarcastic Swine. All of the food was great, especially the cornbread and cinnamon butter. Huge portions. Everyone left full and happy. Worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for BBQ!
