Craig McCasland, the first manager, has worked in the commercial construction industry for many years. Was given a quote to replace my entire a/c furnace unit for right around $5400. Got a second opinion from a reputable company as my unit isn’t that old & paid $119 to have it fixed!

Purchased an air conditioner unit in spring of 2016. Technician was very friendly and informative. Helped us understand how the system worked. After installation we had nice cool air for about a week and the on/off switch on the outside had shorted out pretty bad. Same tech came out the same day, replaced the faulty equipment, and it has been going strong for the last two years. We were happy with our service.

Thank you air excellence ! furnace went on Christmas morning ! they came out that day and got it running. thank you shane ! had to run back to shop to get a part, then came back. very friendly and fast service ! we talked about a new furnace. not pushy said they will be happy to come give an estimate. dealt with them in the past, and always great service. will be calling them for a new furnace !!!

Problem not resolved and fees were not clearly explained !!
My A/C is not cooling properly (worked fine last season... probably needs some gas) I was charged a service fee for them to tell me nothing was wrong. This was never discussed at any point prior to their assessment or arrival to my home. The Technician refused to add any coolant to my system. Technician wanted to argue with me there was noting wrong. Then why is it not cooling my house as it did last year?
Now I need to call another company in my area, take more time off from work, and piss around trying to get someone to properly diagnose
