Typical shady business practice. They cold call RE agents, over promise, and under deliver. Customer service is nonexistent.
I signed up because the salespersons was great at his job, and I had a few extra dollars to spend. I did not agree to any auto renewal, but I've been charged twice in two weeks. I requested to cancel my account via email (they don't answer the phone, only send you to voicemail), and I've yet to hear back from anyone.
Do yourself a favor and post stuff to FB yourself, you'll do a lot better.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. RE Marketing contacted me in May 2020 to subscribe to their social media services and verbally promised to give me 2 additional months for the promotional price of a 12 month campaign if I paid in advance. Within a month of paying, I realized they were not performing as agreed upon, had not rendered services as promised, and had not made one Facebook post. I emailed them and was told by the CEO that my services would be cancelled immediately and I would be given a full refund. When I didn't get my refund, I contact him and he lied and

I had a bad feeling from the beginning with RE Marketing, but they had a good score with the BBB so I went ahead.... wow, I wish I hadn't. One star earned because the fb banner they made for me is nice (although now that I'm cancelling my services with them I guess I have to take it down). The posts they shared were so generic, and got very little engagement. They promised me that I would get 1-2 corporate move referrals per month - yeah, it's been three months and I've gotten ZERO. When I spoke to the sales person signing me up, I specifically asked if I could get a refund

Unfortunately there is no ZERO STAR rating, because this is what they are worth.
They promised so many in the beginning and deliver not even 10%. Worst, they do not even consider your thoughts and ideas of what your business mean to you, and just post whatever they want on your page. THAT IS ALL THEY DO: NOTHING MORE THAN JUST POSTING WHATEVER THEY WANT ON YOUR PAGE EVERY 2DAYS. They ask you to fill a questionnaire to create a custom plan, however i feel they have never even read the answers i provided in the questionnaire.
