I called Landa Plumbing and worked with Elias Landa Jr. He was very professional and courteous on the phone, email and text. He was hired to do an install of a gas earth quake valve and replace a pipe on the gas line. I like things done right and for the finished product to look great. I have used Landas Plumbing for several repairs in the last 3 years. Elias Landas is a licensed plumber who is always punctual, efficient and does a fantastic guaranteed job. He also helped me deal with Kohler . My home was built after the 1991 Oakland Hills fire and is beginning to need repair and replacements. He always explains how, what and why he is doing during a repair; and is available by phone/email to answer questions.

We cannot say enough about Elias. He's honest, gives great insight, And will not overcharge you at all. He is incredibly friendly and will advise you of anything in your Project scope that might pose an issue. There will never be any surprises. I called Elias for what started out as a leak underneath my sink, as it turns out when I had my kitchen redone years ago the person who did the pluming did it incorrectly and it was just a matter of time before other issues started to arise. Elias was able to give me options that fit within my budget to re-do the pluming. In addition while he was at my home he noticed and pointed out what could have been a major issue with our main water line, the pipes were extremely eroded and if they were to burst could cause major damage and be very costly to fix.
