Great service, great environment and spectacular service. We were there for breakfast, which is a limited menu, but they offer the staples and have both white gravy and sausage gravy as well as real good Colorado style Green Chili.

We came here for dinner upon the recommendation of one of the owners of Flower Aviation. She may have been a bit biased as this is her restaurant that she co-owns with her sisters. I am all for supporting small businesses so I was completely game for trying her restaurant.
There were 3 of us and we asked to be seated at a table since there was a little wait for a booth, but not for a table.
The menu is extensive and has something for everyone! We ordered the caprese salad. It's a little different from typical caprese salads, but it was super delicious. The grilled goat cheese that they serve

The 3 sisters is a great stop.
Had the twisted sisters BBQ sandwich. Hey I'm from Texas where BBQ rules. This was awesome just don't tell anyone back home.

From the really cool Western decor, artwork, tapestries and antiques to the little cactus margarita glasses the restaurant is really beautiful. My husband ordered the twisted sisters BBQ sandwich which he really loved. I ordered the three sisters burger with cheese which was a little dry, but I love the skinny fries. I would definitely go back!

We stayed at the hotel across the street and walked over there to three sisters grill at night. We got a beer and some of the pepper jack cheese sticks. While they're not spicy as the menu claims, they do appear to be homemade and we're tasty.
We went back there for breakfast this morning and the food was good. The pancakes were huge. The bacon and eggs were cooked perfectly. For what you pay it's a good amount of food. The atmosphere is nice, the service friendly and quick. All in all, I recommend it.

Very good! Had the chicken relleno. Man that green sauce was tasty! Chicken was also well cooked. Side salad isn't amazing, but genuinely the smallest of complaints. Staff were all friendly and masked. Would definitely recommend if you're driving through!
