They've did great with our accident litter and now fixing momma so it doesn't happen again. They cut her nails without me asking but not complaining. This yr has been rough and she needed it. Superior care! Pricing is better than most. All staff we've encountered had been fundamental. Highly recommended.

They are extremely nice but simply DO NOT know what they are doing. We brought our dog to them a month ago when she started to get sick, they told us she was fine and ready to go home. A month later she’s deathly ill, so we bring her back in and they proceed to tell us she’s fine, give her a shot and send her home. The next day she can’t move so we bring her back in, they told us they would call with an update. I then called them later in the morning and they told me to call back later if I wanted because the doctor was at lunch. I call back two hours later for them to tell me that my dog

All I can say is they were able do in 1 week what 3 other vets could not do in 3.5 months! They successfully treated my dog ongoing stomach and ear issues and calmed both an anxious owner and Ace! I am grateful I took a chance here.
JoLynn, Braden, the front desk staff, the red haired guy and the tech with the shepherd were all immensely accommodating, friendly, and patient when I needed explanations. Happy dog.. Enough said!

Today is Monday September 28. 2020, I just spoke with Jean, she informed me that I need to find another vet, I requested that Kevin's wife not treat my animals because she is rough with them, I have been going to Lamczyk for over 20 years and to be treated like this is very unprofessional in my opinion, I would suggest finding another vet besides Lamczyk, they will mistreat you animals and when quested about it, they will tell you to find another vet, what snobs.

The customer service has steadily gone downhill since my family started going here when they opened. I called today about getting my dog's ear medicine refilled. Like usual I needed a approval from a Dr. Keep in mind this is AT LEAST the 30th time I've gotten this medicine. Of course 2 hours later I didn't hear anything so I called back. I had to repeat this question 4 times. "Has my dog's medicine been approved?" After the 4th time and the receptionist still not hearing me she proceeds to tell me that she doesn't have to deal with me. I've spent thousands
