An interdisciplinary field, behavioural medicine is the combination of both medical treatment and mental or psychological treatment. This approach considers the related nature of biology and behavior. For pets, behavioral medicine can help with anxiety, compulsive behaviors, destructive behaviors, and more.
Just like in human medicine, blood transfusions are a critical, life saving component of your pet's health care. There are a variety of situations and conditions that would necessitate a blood transfusion, such as physical trauma and other ailments. We take the same safety precautions and measures in animal blood transfusions as we do in human ones, making the process safe and effective for donors and recipients.
We are proud to provide Auglaize County, Mercer County, Minster, New Bremen, Wapak, Ft Loramie, Celina, Coldwater, St Henry, and the surrounding communities with boarding services. We practice the highest standards of care and cleanliness for patients staying with us. We know that it takes a great deal of trust to leave your pet with someone else, so we want to assure you that we are professional, highly trained, and most of all, we love pets.

This is the best vet I’ve ever been to. Their workers care for your pet like it’s their own. My dog is my baby and this is the only place I feel comfortable leaving her. They are all so kind and Dr Winner really wants the best for you and your dog. No matter how far away I move, I will always make the trip to bring her to this vet.

On 6/17/2020, took my Cavalier King Charles to vet in Findlay, OH because she was not hearing me. Since she is only 3, I asked the Dr. to check her ears for possible wax blockage. His diagnosis for Phoebe was no wax blockage & nothing could be done for her deafness. Then he said Phoebe has a heart murmur. Level 6 is the highest and he rated her at level 2 & wanted me to have x-rays of her heart to start a base-line as her heart worsened.
Phoebe's hearing became worse & she started hiding in the corners or under the bed. Before I moved to Findlay, my vet was Mile Creek Animal Hospital in Minster

When it comes to medical care for your fur babies it can be just as challenging as finding care for your own kids. You want the very best caring compassion you can find. At Mile Creek you'll find just that. The staff gets to know you and your pets. They greet you by name and open arms as you come into the office for a visit. Even bigger open arms when your loved fur baby is ill and extra compassion is needed. I would be lying if I said I haven't shared tears with the doctors and staff. They're planning on expanding their facilities if they haven't already to provide pet daycare and more services
