I appreciate that this dental practice always explains up front what they are planning to do and whether it is covered by insurance. They explain options and accept your preference without pressure.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. All interactions were pleasant and informative. I was satisfied with all of the answers to my questions and got a generally positive "vibe" from my first visit to their office. They were competent, fast-working and efficient and I definitely plan on returning for follow-up visits/care. Special thanks to Ray for her honesty, kindness and helpful attitude.

I was told I would get an adustment on my night Gaurd for free by the office. When I came in they slapped me with a $157 fee which they refused to take off. They never stuck to their word and I had to fight with the office to try and get them to stick to their word. I won’t be going back after they pulled that money stunt. Totally unprofessional to switch it last minute while I was in the chair.

For three years I have been trying to find a good trustworthy dentist in Naples who takes my dental insurance. I need not look further, Naples Premier Dentistry has won my business! In the past I have felt like the hygienists and/or dentist are always trying to sell me something. Here I was told that if they were suggesting I have something done not covered by my insurance, they would always ask me first and show me in writing the cost.
My cleaning was very thorough and the hygienist very polite. Dr Richardt reviewed my X-rays and looked at my teeth and noted a couple of teeth where fillings were
