I must admit that I was a bit skeptical of any roofing company, based on the tons of ads I see and hear. Eastern was in my neighborhood, and I asked them to give an estimate. They promptly did so, and notified me (with pictures) that they found damage that may rise to the level of filing a claim with my insurance company. Chris and the whole Eastern Exteriors team have been stellar, from prompt responses, no pressure, working with my insurance company, showing up when scheduled, cleaning up with a fine-tooth comb afterwards, and doing high quality, reasonably priced work. I highly, highly recommend

Chris came out and gave a quote and looked at all of my concerns. He was not only professional and courteous but friendly and attentive. It ended up being only a small job but you would have thought I was their only customer. I was given a time frame of a couple weeks out but they called and were able to do the work within a week. I was thrilled. The work was done well and I was impressed. I would use them again.

Eastern Exteriors was a delight to work with. After trying to get roof estimates elsewhere and finding that they were too expensive for me, Eastern Exteriors were the only ones to suggest going through my insurance. From there it was smooth sailing. The crew were prompt and courteous and Phil Schmidt was polite and professional at all times. They did an awesome job on my roof -- I just love it! I highly recommend Eastern Exteriors for any roof work you may have. They made the whole experience very pleasant.

They explained every step of the way and worked directly with the insurance adjustor on our behalf; were very communicative about that timeline and process. The installers showed up on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and did an excellent job of cleaning up the property when they were done. John came by the day after to double check that everything was done to our satisfaction and to see if there were further questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I highly recommend Easter Exteriors! I worked with Chris at Eastern to get my roof replaced. He helped me navigate the process with my insurance company to get the replacement covered by my homeowner’s insurance (which I didn’t even think was something I could do). The roof they installed exceeded the quality of my prior roof and I was given… numerous options for colors, with sample boards brought to my house (and left for as long as I needed) to see the color at different times of day and in different light. The material drop-off was smooth as well, even while having to navigate

I noticed I had lost some shingles during a storm. I contacted Eastern and spoke to Buckey, he was very professional and he came out the next day. He noticed other damage when he inspected the roof, tarped the exposed areas, took over 80 photos for me and suggested I contact my insurance company. Insurance sent out an inspector and Buckey was here… to point out what they found. Inspector agreed with issues and insurance approved a new roof.
