My wife and I had Greg build us a home that we have lived in and raised our kids in 22 years ago. It has withstood some real gully washers and really rough winters. Now as empty nesters we are considering downsizing a bit into another new home again....our first stop is going to be Greg.

My wife and I built with Greg and his crew almost 20 years ago. Not the first home I had built but by far the best. Exceptional workmanship, very good balancing quality to costs for 'biggest bang for the buck'.
More so, Mr. Gavin is honest as the day is long and very insightful with life in general.
We were challenging customers for Greg because our expectations were exceptionally high. In fairness to Greg, almost 2 decades later, I marvel at his workmanship and strongly encourage you to work with him if building or remodeling. You will do no better in this part of the country.
