Services
One of the most critical repair works we do is on the frame or the inner structure of the car. It is important to bear in mind that vehicles differ in their frame structures. Pickup trucks, for instance, have a heavy duty bolted steel frame which is built in several separate pieces. Many cars, on the other hand, have frames made with HSS (or High Strength Steel), and have more complex requirements.

When I decided to get my car fixed I looked at a lot of places but couldn't find a place I trusted but then my sister told me about this place. She had gotten her car fixed here a couple of years ago and she said they did an amazing job so I decided to give them a chance and man am I glad I did. My car looks brand new, as if I had never gotten in an accident. They were very response to all of my text messages and even when the car wasn't ready on the estimated date they always made sure to let know what was going on and apologized for the delay. They were all super friendly and honestly

I'm so glad I read through the reviews, and would personally attest to their honesty and their attention to detail. I worked with Hov, who helped me install new headlights to my car. He was really helpful in explaining what could and couldn't be done, as well as the time frame to complete the project. The whole staff is very honest in terms of pricing for the labor and parts. They personally tested the headlights to make sure all of the functions were working and that there were no error codes. Great staff ! Would highly recommend them for future customizations or car repairs.

Hov was extremely helpful in repairing our Audi Q7 rearview mirror.
We did not want to go to the dealership as it would have been expensive so we looked around for a local shop to see if it can be reinstalled. The rear view mirror just fell off on its own while parked in our driveway. Anyway, Hov from World Auto Body kept his promise to check it out and find a way to reinstall the rearview mirror. He did it! We can definitely say this is the place to go for any type of auto repair, no matter how small. If it is something he cannot do, he will let you know. We are glad we found this place for

Unbelievable service. Our Mercedes was involved in a very bad wreck. The damage was extensive and severe (first picture doesn't do justice to the amount of damage). World Auto took on the job and did so enthusiastically. They dealt with the insurance company. They kept us informed throughout. Their work is truly top notch. I couldn't ask for better service, customer support, and body work. I've also rarely seen the level of friendliness and professionalism every single person I interacted with showed. I can't say enough great things about the service and attention to detail these guys had on my car! I sent HOV some pictures of a minor scrape and he said bring it in. I brought it in and he was able to get it out! I was so grateful that he didn't charge me. I appreciate good customer service but also my car is my baby and he treated it right, so thank you guys for giving me amazing service! I will be back and I am referring them to all of my friends.

I'm in shock. RDB quotes me $6.5k for a scratch and I bring it to these guys and they take it off with polish in 5 mins and refuse to let me pay...
I don't know what else to say other than I can't believe how honest and nice the people here were and how screwed I would have been without them... thank you guys, so much.

Hov, Yolanda, Andrew and Armen went ABOVE AND BEYOND any expectation I could have ever had of an auto body shop. Each of them advocated for me when another body shop was holding my car hostage for 48 hours. Andrew stayed with me until my car was released. Hov, Yolanda and Armen called me, followed up on me and made sure to make all the necessary phone calls that needed to take place to get my car back. After searching for a center to do collision work WAB was my best option. I am so very happy with the results. HOV was amazing and on top of communicating with me every step of the way. Professional is an understatement! This place is the best auto body center in LA thus far. I couldn't be happier. If you have to take you car in be sure to speak with HOV.... He also kept open communication through the whole process. I have to be honest, I was not expecting that at all after going to other shops in the past; they wont even bother.

This is my first time writing a review on Yelp because they are too awesome. They fixed my three panels that will usually cost around 2000-3000 with painting by polishing. Jesus Jesus Jesus, these guys are the BOMB!!! I just can't thank them enough. I'd pulled my front bumper partially off my car while parking. I live nearby so I decided to look up the closest auto body repair place near my house just to get an estimate. I went to these guys at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. This was pretty much right after I'd damaged my car. I explained what happened. All I wanted was to reattach the bumper where it had become dislocated. They looked at it, TOTALLY OFFERED TO REPAIR IT FOR FREE.
Next thing I know, my bumper is completely repaired and looking BETTER

Great experience dealing with them, they work fast and efficiently. From the start they are very kind, when I took my car they told me exactly what needed to be done and reassured me that they were able to get the job done. They kept me updated with everything. I dropped my car off and within the week they had it fixed and ready for me to pick it up. I highly recommend bringing your car to them for any repairs needed.

Went in for a scuff...scratched down to the metal...bumper needed to be repainted...quick turnaround, high quality paint, very easy process, cant understate how simple it was. matching the paint was not a problem for them at all (MB polar white) . great service! also staff is great, front desk was very polite. mechanics were cool. thanks again world auto!

Simply the best service from World Auto. From Yolanda, the manager to Hov, the technician, they made me feel like family and all my questions were answered. The damage from the accident was pretty substantial so I was very shaken after the accident. Noticing this, Yolanda actually made the calls to my insurance and the other driver's insurance. I also felt that I can trust Hov's expertise and advice that eventually I stopped directing any calls to State Farm and went straight to Hov. My car looks brand new. Thank you so much World Auto!

As a woman, I had one of the best car detailing/mechanic shop experience of my entire life. No condescending talk, no overcharging- just genuine assistance.
I arrived to get a quote on how much it would cost to remove a scratch from my car and was told that they could handle it then and there.

Totally impressed by my first 'mini-experience' with World Auto Body & Paint Center. Particularly impressed with the gentleman (named Hov) - who greeted me and handled my situation quickly, honestly, and.... at no charge. I even tried to tip the guys a small amount when they were done with the quick job and great work - but they declined.

Had my Cadillac SUV repaired there a year ago. Very satisfied with the repair, but more importantly, I had a small fender bender that popped out a few items and scuffed the bumper. I went in to get an estimate and they fixed it all, no charge! These were fairly simple fixes, but within 2 minutes the guy was on the ground under my car fixing things and then buffed out the bumper to look as good as new. You just don't find this type of service these days. Thanks guys! You earned a customer for life (although hopefully not).

My car was pretty banged up when I brought it in. Was originally told it would take about a month and a half. The guys here got it done in less than that. They took care of my car and every time I called them, they always had positive news and updates on my car. Now I can get back to work and ride comfortably. Thank you Armen and the entire team at World Auto Body. Would definitely recommend if you have an accident or even if you need body work done.
