We have been here for 12yrs and we have never had problems and have never felt like they didn't care... always fixing any problems and helping out...never having to wait long either and the managers have been awsome

I moved here from Portland area in April 2020. The units are well designed and maintained. This is a quiet neighborhood with close access to the freeway. I feel comfortable staying here as long as I need. Also Matthew the manager has been great to work with.

I love living here at Falcon Ridge. The best manager, always ready to help with anything I might need help with. Also a great handyman, if you have a problem with anything he’s right there to fix it! I can have my little dog here. She loves going in the office for a treat everyday! 👍 I have some great neighbors who are now great friends. I’m very HAPPY here!

I recommend this property.
I have lived at Falcon Ridge Apartments for one year and have just moved due to finding a house and it has been one of the best communities and management I have lived in.
They always keep the area clean and the staff was always helpful. Falcon Ridge is a safe beautiful apartments for your high expectations. I had a 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms with my Family we loved it and I was so thankful for the year we made our home here.

Falcon Ridge is a 10!
I just moved out in June, and back to Portland. My year at Falcon Ridge was PERFECT.
The apartment was beautiful, private balcony with great view, very well kept green spaces and a peaceful atmosphere, I would be happy to live there again.
