First of all, this place don't even deserve a 1 star but it's the lowest rating I can do. I read the reviews but still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Walking in and not being greeted within the first 2 minutes was a bad sign to get out. Happened to me and my wife on 2 separate occasions. Jennifer and fernandos customer service is horrible. They did not meet our expectations. Pretty much it was a take it or leave it or pay more money type of deal. In my 8 years of business and getting decals on my trucks. This is the first time I've heard you only get 2 designs and if it's not to your liking

I would give 10 stars if I could, we own a small restaurant (Loop Gyros) and we dealed with many signs companies in the past but honestly I have never seen Like GSI Group. They treat you as family very professional and they sit down with you and spend so much time to make sure the job will be done right.
I recommend GSI Group to anyone I know because I know they will be in good hands.

RUDE. ONLY WANTS BIG BUSINESS. DISAPPOINTED.
I had previously had a good experience using this company, so I decided to bring my shirts in, they were very busy and had told me a design would be sent over that same day and it would all be done by end of week. After multiple calls, 4 days later I finally received the design, which was fine. I immediately responded asking for two slight tweaks, I received no response, so the following day I called, they made an excuse and said it would be to me in 10 mins... it was, and it was completely different it looked like a child had designed it, you could

GSI is Great ! We have a Pet Grooming Business in Poinciana, FL. (Furry Tails Pet Grooming) Doug has been helping us since the beginning. They had the best prices around for all promotional and marketing needs and their service and professionalism are top notch. From the big neon sign that is located above our place, to brochures, business cards, window decals, vehicle magnets, t-shirts. We do it all with them. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
