I had been running low on my car battery for a week, but I did not plan for it to completely go out on the way to my cousin's house. Thank goodness these guys came to tow my car so that I could get my car to the house. I really appreciate them.

If I could rate this business zero stars, I absolutely would.
I tried to deal with this company for three days, and ended with telling me that they would not be able (did not want) to tow my vehicle.
Their website clearly states that they do off road vehicle recovery to include: mud, beach and sand, hockey terrain, and river bank.
Wrecker driver claimed to have called me multiple times yet those calls were never received until I had the service department have him call me directly from his personal phone, to the point where he told me that "he didn't want to do the job."
Do not waste your time

I called them at 9:00 am they said they would arrive at 9:30 am, it is 11:00am and they still haven't arrived. They asked for a credit card fee of 89.00 dollars non refundable in case I leave, but they charged my card 195.00 the total amount before they anyone showed. I am still waiting. Will comment again to update poor service. 12:04 pm still waiting on wrecker service.

Had a blast pool n jacuzzi massage my back so great.. Will be back our next trip in town

Made arrangements to have RV towed last week. Discussed payment details with representative and sent information to them on 3 different occasions to different email and phone numbers. They were having problems retrieving the information from their system. We tried 3 different times to call them to make sure they had received the information; but, no answer. We thought everything was arranged; but, received a call this morning stating they had not received the information to make payment. Rudy, manager with Golden, said they would not send wrecker out to tow RV without us sending over the internet

I called for a tow around 1pm and the guy who answered set it up and said it would be about half an hour. After an hour i called back and he said the driver was on his way and would contact me when he is close. This happened every half hour until 330pm when i had someone call for me because my phone died and he told them the driver was already there picking me up! Right after that the driver called apologizing for the delay, having no idea that the person in the office had been telling me he was nearby. Honesty goes a lot farther than telling a customer what you think they want to hear!

I wish i could give less than that!it was 6.5 miles and charged me $247!for small car,from 555 seminar rd to 15410 kuykendahl rd,it was not fair and I feel they cheated me badly,it was one time customer service i am sure.do not see the google review etc!it is made only.

CONSUMER BEWARE!!!! Google shows great reviews for this company so I chose them. I should have checked yelp first. Called to have my car towed. The operator quoted me a price and scheduled the tow. Once the car was towed I was charged double the price! I was then given additional charges that were clearly just wrote down on the invoice prior to dropping off the car. When I called the operator his response well the extra charges are for Labor. What??? I was already charged a service fee of almost $100, a "per mileage" fee, and now they are adding this suspicious "labor" fee.

Called this company to pick up my vehicle that stopped. I told them that I needed them right away. They said that the driver should be there within 30 minutes. The driver showed up almost 2 hours later. They quoted me a price of under $150.00. I received two charges from them that totaled almost $600.00. I have lived in Houston all my life and at 69 have used many tow companies. These people are thieves and liars. Beware of these people.

Thank God for American Express as I have disputed all charges and have blocked them from charging my card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Have you ever had one of those days that your so busy that you could not handle one more thing? Well mine just happened with me locking my keys in my truck and me finding out when I tried to unlock my desk drawer.

What's a guy too do? You guessed it I called for help. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The technicians showed up quickly and in a few minutes my truck was open. Thanks for the great service.

Tow truck driver was great....the office is a bunch of shady liars. Quoted one price over the phone and was charged double when they showed up. Also, it was taking forever and they kept telling me the driver was two exits down. Lie....the driver was on the opposite end of town. Took an hour for him to get to me. Will never use this company again.

The other review for this god awful company is the "Call Center Manager" as he told me in his own words today. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They take advantage of people during hard times and price gouge when it floods. Hey Amit, good luck with the Houston Police officers that will be finding you. I would say coming to your office, but I'm afraid that doesn't exist, just like your license to operate in Texas.

I actually called and inquired about their services. In the middle of my call, I found out that I would no longer need their tow truck service and the rep just hung up in my face. Poor customer service.

First time I had to call a towing service in god knows how long and I'm sure happy I went with golden towing.. It was 3am on a Sunday, I called a couple of companies before I could finally get a hold of them ( 1st sign for how serious this company is ) 40 minute later the guy came over with his fancy truck, he worked on my cat for like 10 minutes, load it chain it up, he even made sure all windows were closed and the mirror were folded ( he was so quick, he did everything while he was literally running ). Prices were reasonable the guy was super friendly and attentive, all in all I would highly
