The first European-American settlers in Phelps County arrived in the early 19th century, working as farmers and iron workers along the local rivers, such as the Meramec, the Gasconade, and the Little Piney. In 1844, nine years later, railroad contractor Edmund Ward Bishop, considered to be the founder of Rolla, settled in the area.

We just sold our house in St Robert using Exit All American Realty. LaGail Teel really knows her stuff when it comes to photos and marketing the property. We live out of state and LaGail took care of everything for us and answered all the questions we had. She was very thorough with checking on the status of things as well as checking in with us. Would definitely recommend to anyone selling a home in the area, or buying for that matter.
