Troy Blanchard was my landlord for 3 years and he always went above and beyond to help me and my family find and maintain a home we were proud of, and happy in. He is really easy going and understanding and always stayed professional. His properties are beautiful and all were located in the most saught after communities in the area. He was always willing to work with us, no matter the issue. I would love for him to be my landlord again and would reach out to him if I ever moved back to the central florida area.

Troy Blanchard is a scammer! He has failed to pay for a contracted cleaning job for $225 that was done almost a year ago. The job was done so well that the person who lives in the home actually tipped an extra $80 because Troy was such a headache to collect payment from. He has been called and contacted at least 50! times! He has admitted to owing the money and then ignored any contact. Never do business with this person.

FIVE MONTHS AGO, I was hired by the owner of this company, Troy Blanchard, to clean a trashed move-out property over a 2 day period for a total of 15 hours. To say this place was “trashed” is an understatement. Every surface in that home was filthy, there were things left behind by the previous tenant, and there was a serious roach infestation. I provided all of my own cleaning supplies, and even had to purchase additional cleaning supplies to properly clean this residence.
My rate is $15/hr, with reimbursement for travel anything over 20 miles from my home. This property was 40 miles one
