Awesome and truly compassionate.I had to make a emergency visit, while visiting from vermont, with my boy. I called the night before and even though they were booked for the day they still found a way to get my buddy in . The staff is awesome and went above and beyond to make sure my boy was taken care of and in good shape for his drive back home. Anytime we come back to vineland (which we do every few months) we are going to book an appointment for annual check-up.Thank you so much again East Oak Animal Hospital!!!

I am emotional as I write the review. I first called East Oak Animal Hospital when we were dealing with health issues with one of our dogs. We saw Dr Jay, who was very kind and compassionate throughout the treatment. He was honest and gave us the appropriate options. This was a few years ago. We found ourselves in a similar position this past week with our senior dog. We called the office and we were told to bring her in. We had to stay in our vehicle, due to COVID. We were told that we had to leave a deposit of $400 for treatment. Dr Mary came out and told us that she wanted to check

The staff at East Oak Animal Hospital are an absolute joy to deal with. I called as a new patient after my current veterinarian could not see my cat, Santino, who was suffering from what I believed to be an emergency. Although the office had no openings, Debbie, the Veterinary Technician, agreed that he needed to be evaluated and made room in their busy schedule to see him. Debbie and Dr. Jay Van Kooy were excellent. Santino was so calm around them, and the care provided was top-notch. They are true animal lovers. I highly recommend this office!

I honestly can't say anything bad about this team. East Oak is by far the greatest veterinary team I have met (and I have met many!!). My animals always get what they need, and the approaches that I prefer for my animals are always heard. Making decisions about my animals' care is a true team effort. And to me, being able to work together with a vet to reach a solution means the world. My understanding of my animals is respected and heard, and the team takes time to really educate you about what you are dealing with. So, it's this great balance of sometimes I am learning, and sometimes the team

I've been going there since I moved to east Vineland and I couldn't be happier with them. I have 3 cats and recently as last week we had issue with one of my cats getting a respitory infection. She was quickly seen and given antibiotics and a steroid that cleared it right up. They're very caring and I will always go there. You'll be in good hands there 💞🕯️💞

Great vet. My family has been using them for over 25 years and I am
completely comfortable with them. They are all
very, very nice and comfort you in bad times with your pets. They are very kind to the animals, and the vets know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them for your pet. I've trusted them with my pets for many years, and my pets are like children to me!

I have only been to this vet one time, and do not have enough to base a 5 or 1 star rating on them.
Late one night, I let my older ferret out and he was acting strange, falling over, could barely walk, and I panicked. This vet actually was on call, and he did show up to his office, at what must have been 11 or midnight. He diagnosed the problem, and explained all of the other options available to me. What I liked the most was that this guy came out late at night, helped me with my silly little ferret, and took the time to comfort me when I was upset. Now, this was several years ago, but
