We used DMS Properties to first rent out our property and then eventuality sell it.... Terri was very intelligent and professional and guided us along the way. We closed on our property and couldn’t have been more pleased!!!! Thanks Terri and staff!!!

If I could I’d rate it lower, had to harass them to get the house originally and the minute I moved in they were nothing but unhelpful and unresponsive. The whole family owned business is to neglect property, quick fix big issues and ignore basic needs while treating renters with utter distain. If you can steer FAR away

I know the owners personally. They work very hard, and they are quick to address any necessary repairs as the need arises. These are honest, fair people who who care about their tenants and clients!
