I got Jonathan from my neighborhood website. I have used 4 other carpet cleaning services in past which I was unhappy with and then came Jonathan! He went over and above to help me with issues that others had caused. He came back for free today to try and help me with stained carpet which is only two years old before I am forced to replace it.
