We are a supplier who offers a full range of services including rotary transfer machining, conventional screw machining, CNC machining, inventory management, and design assistance.

We consider Hydromat Rotary Transfer Machines to be the ultimate solution for production of high volume turned parts requiring secondary operations or machining on opposite internal ends of the part. Hydromats feature up to 16 horizontal machining stations and up to 8 vertical machining stations. Modular stations allow the machine to be customized for each application.
Multiple Spindle Screw Machines have been considered the back bone of high volume turned parts since the early 1900's. They consist of 5 to 8 horizontal lathe spindles with horizontal end working attachments and 4 to 6 cross slides with attachments to form or thread the outside of parts. Various attachments are available to due various secondary operations.
Secondary processes may be required depending on part requirements. Through feed centerless grinding and centerless superfinishing are two very high speed / low-cost processes we offer to meet tight tolerance and surface finish requirements. We offer automated high speed and manual vision inspection methods to 100% for dimensional or cosmetic requirements.
