I wont go into great detail but if you deal with a Mortgage company or bank that hire these guys, I would suggest you request a different company. These guys are extremely slow and the way they go about using comps is beyond me. The previous guy is correct, there's no sense of urgency in their work and slow to respond as well as their appraisals come back extremely low in price from what ive heard from others that used them and personal experience. Dont want to be a downer by no means, however the process with these guys was nothing short of a disaster.
