Prana Hands started in 2010 as the desire to share meditation techniques and meditate together with friends grew into a sense of purpose: to spread these tools and share it with more and more people. As I became a Military spouse, I got involved in the lives of many active duty members and veterans and I saw the changes in my own husband as he joined our group meditation sessions.
It was clear that the military community needed these tools. We went from weekly meditations at our center in Pacific Beach to meditations at Balboa Naval Hospital and we've had hundreds of people join our sessions. Our organization continued to grow as we realized other needs our heroes have.

Our workshops teach a step by step technique to balance your energy system as well as of others. The Pranic Healing system teaches skills to harness energy to restore balance and improve well being.

I heard about Prana Hands through Kaiser and had some sessions I wanted to take advantage of through my insurance. I looked it up and it was a super cute, hip place with great reviews, so I decided to go with them. Dr. Jules did a great job especially with my muscle pain. I have had severe muscle pain and aches throughout the years and thought it was time to do something about it. Definitely give them a shot, they have great customer service and it is super sanitary as well! You will not be disapointed! (:

An amazing community focused healing center. I have been participating in their meditation and healing clinics since 2015. I am blessed to have such an amazing group of people focused on the entire well being of a person. It is a beautiful space where you can come as you are whether it is for acupuncture, meditation, pranic healing or classes.

I’ve been going to Prana Hands for meditations for almost 10 years now. However, today I got to try their acupuncture clinic. It was definitely a good experience for me. I have lower back pain from degenerative disc disease, and general anxiety. I definitely got some extra pain relief today, and I was able to enter a meditative state. If you’re in the Pacific Beach area, or in San Diego, I highly recommend them.

I have been going here for years now and have participated in the energy work and acupuncture sessions. I found it life changing for the good and a very educational and eye opening experience. The staff is kind, courteous and very respectful. I recommend the experience for all who seek to enhance their lives for the better.

When I reached the Acupuncture Lounge I was kindly received. The lounge is aesthetically pleasing and has easy parking and street access. I received a helpful and relaxing acupuncture treatment by Thomas for my insomnia. There is a very healing good vibe about this Acupuncture lounge! My advice is... try it out! And I bet, you'll be feeling better:)

Prana Hands, is hands down my favorite group of people to collaborate with. Community meditation nights on Mondays. Great classes on Pranic Healing! They also do community healing clinics and provide many other resources to the community. If youre looking for a fun easy going meditation group or want to learn about energy healing. I highly recommend this place!

Today I had an acupuncture session with Michael. He is absolutely phenomenal. Very intuitive and genuinely cares for each and every one of his patients. The facility is clean and everyone here is super friendly. This is one of the best acupuncture sessions I have ever had. They provide the time and space necessary to ground into the releases and moving of Energy. Rather than just rushing you in and out of the door. I'm extremely grateful a facility like this is located in San Diego, and I will definitely make this a regular part of my health routine. I should also note, that I went in for an issue
