Very pleased they were concerned with my health beyond my teeth and honored the request of my heart doctor and knee replacement surgeon by prescribing a premedication of antibiotics prior to dental procedures. I continue to be impressed by Orn Family Dentistry. I feel like a valued customer the second I walk through the front door and am greeted by the receptionist. Both Dr. Orn and Dr. Gartner really listen to their patients, exhibit professionalism, show compassion, and explain things in easy to understand ways.

The hygienist, Kylie, did not introduce herself, and after checking my
chart started right in working - It involved a tiny very sharp instrument
being inserted into my gums, front and back on each tooth. Fortunately,
I have some medical knowledge so I knew what she was doing, but not because she explained it to me. In addition, she was rough, and not once did she ask if I was OK or how I felt. In short, she treated me like a lab
specimen, not a human. I never want her to work on me again!
The Dentist, in stark contrast, sat down, looked me in the eye as we spoke,
and explained what was done

I use to be terrified of dentists! Dr. Gartner is AMAZING though!! She is the most personable dentist I have ever been to. She does everything she can to assure I am as comfortable as I can be. She explains each step of the process which really helps relieve my anxiety!! I no longer white knuckle the arm rests and am able to relax while in the dental chair!! I am very impressed with the quality of her dental work as well. I am glad I finally found a good dentist that I don't completely dread going to!
