Headed home from family vacation and our 2020 Silverado overheats. Not familiar with the area, we search for nearby mechanics and give Polmanteer a call. They say they are backed up but can take a look. Within a few minutes of pulling in, they have us pulled into the busy shop and start diagnosing. Meanwhile, the family can wait in the air-conditioned lobby while they have a couple guys checking out the truck. After a couple hours they found the needle in the haystack. A damaged wire, which they were able to swap out no problem. After a few hours we were back on the road. Highly recommended! Good

Four business days to install tires, allignment and replace a bumper, grill, headlight, and fender after hitting a deer. They took care of the insurance, estimates, billing etc... Four business days to get our work truck back to work. Amazing service.

Traveling in the Penn Yan area, the clutch on my Subaru Impreza started slipping bad. I was lucky to find Polmanteer Auto Service Center. I dropped off my car and they fixed it within the same day. They went above and beyond to get it done for me and really got me out of a bad bind. They were efficient, did a good a job, and communicated throughout the day. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs an auto repair.

Yesterday, I was driving through New York State, and my car broke down in the middle of the night, next to a pumpkin farm in the middle of nowhere. I called my insurance company who contacted Polmanteer Auto Service to tow my vehicle. The driver named Tim, came to my location in less than 10 minutes. The service that I received was excellent. The driver had my vehicle loaded on the truck quickly. I road with him and the car all the way to Syracuse. The driver was pleasant and very professional. I would highly recommend Polmanteer Auto Service!
