I emailed several times and received several one word responses then nothing. I finally called and spoke to Mary Matiasevich said she was away from the office that is why she was unresponsive. We chatted and she said she would call back when she came back a few days later. It's been a month now. No call back and no email. I understand that they are not touring right now due to the pandemic, but customer service is horrible! Planning a wedding is stressful enough, when you have an unresponsive vendor with absolutely horrible communication skills, you take it to Google Review, to warn others. I'm

They wasted the hell out of my time especially Mary Matiasevich.
I contacted them about my wedding. They sent me a whole email talking about how there is 5 yachts available and if I would like to take a tour I can email them back or call them.... So i called them on all three numbers, emailed them, voicemails.
Finally they pick up with a horrible attitude... talking about “oh! We’re close, We can even do tours... soo..”
So i told her how i literally got an email telling me how i can contact them if im interested in choosing my date with a deposit & taking a tour on any of those 5 yachts

This place is a scam. They took our deposit immediately last year for a wedding this year. We have not heard from them and our assigned wedding planner Allison has yet to be heard from. Every time we call the office she is currently unavailable or not there. We have made multiple attempts and left messages to speak to a manager however one never seems to be available to talk to us. Our wedding date has since passed and all were were told by whoever answers the phone is that sorry you signed a contract last year and we will not return your deposit. Apparently this company does not have any morals

We paid $2000 initial deposit for our wedding that was to hold in April but because of the pandemic it’s unable to hold,I live in a different country than my husband with travel restrictions my family lives in Africa and can’t travel as well they are refusing to pay back $2000 saying it is non refundable this is very ridiculous how are we supposed to have a wedding when everyone is scared of gathering and our important families cannot be there. I got a message basically wanting to force us to have a wedding when I bride can’t even be there

Sailed on the Eternity ship. It was a great experience and the bartender Abel was top notch. He knew all the mix drinks and made suggestions, he even recommended an awesome beer they had on tap. If only I could remember the name of the beer. It was a black color coffee stout type beer is all I can say.
I hope crew members as awesome as Abel are recognized and promoted.
