Services
In 1946, my father Dr. Charles Amato graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. He opened a chiropractic clinic in Celina Ohio where he practiced for 40 years. Charles was president of the Ohio Chiropractic Association from 1979 to 1982. The clinic is still there, being run by one of my brothers.
We offer our paperwork online so you can submit it without printing in the convenience of your own home. At Amato Chiropractic Wellness Center we accept most PPOs and are participating providers in many managed care programs. As part of our service, we will verify your coverage at no cost to you. Often, in addition to chiropractic services, your insurance may cover other services we provide.
I began attending Amato Wellness Clinic shortly after a hit and run accident. I had extreme pain in my neck, head, shoulders, back, hips, knee, and wrist. After going to ER to be examined they suggested that if the pain did not subside that I may need therapy. Since attending the last couple of months everyone there has made me feel like a long time patient.
I was skeptical at first, because the treatment seemed to focus more on my neck, however the results came fast, and I wanted to learn more. I changed my major to biology, and never looked back from my path to becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. In 1995, upon graduating from Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport Iowa, I returned to my home state for an internship position in Petaluma California.
We have been providing safe and gentle chiropractic care to Camden County since 1996. We pride ourselves in having a caring and knowledgeable staff, coupled with state of the art equipment, and the experience to know when not to use certain approaches. It's our specialty and we're proud to be the only provider in the region.

I love everyone here. Dr. Lesa, and her entire team, has been a huge blessing in helping with my pain management. They are thoughtful and personal.
God blessed me by guiding me to this office a few years ago. Through an insurance referral I was sent here when we first moved to town and I decided to try it out and haven't gone anywhere else.
