Thomas Roofing & Restoration was founded in 2005 by Eric Thomas, a lifelong roofer with more than 20 years of experience in roofing and remodeling. Eric started his career carrying shingles up a ladder for other roofers, so when we say we have the experience, we mean it. Thomas Roofing & Restoration is unlike most other roofing companies.
We offer the customer service and products available through larger companies, but also have the expertise of an individual who has been working on roofs most of his life. Thomas Roofing has put roofs on everything from mobile homes to 6,000 square foot homes. We have laid asphalt shingles, clay tile, metal roofs, asphalt flat roofs and even wood shakes.

Services
Thomas Roofing specializes in commercial roofing shingle jobs on buildings like apartment complexes and churches. While most apartments have the same shingles as a normal house and the process to install them is basically the same, the main difference is with a home we will be dealing with one homeowner whereas in an apartment we could be dealing with 100.
Most of our customers at Thomas Roofing are homeowners that have busy lives and never give a second thought to their roof until it gives them trouble. When something does go wrong, they really don't know what to do. Luckily, at Thomas Roofing we have residential roofing down to a science.
The first thing we'll do is inspect the roof to find the point of failure and decide if that failure was the result of storm damage, poor roof design, or simply old age.Once we determine the cause, we will decide whether you need a repair or an entirely new roof. In the case of storm damage, we will assist you with contacting your insurance to determine coverage.

With the prices of roofs constantly going up, we understand you might want to extend the life of your old roof if possible and keep it cost effective. Sometimes a leaking roof does not mean you have to replace the whole roof. Many times a leak can be resolved with our minimum service charge of $225.
We are a licensed Arkansas contractor and fully insured with workers comp and general liability coverage for your protection. We're not a fly by night roofing company. We're a locally owned and operated (and licensed) team! We deal with insurance estimates all the time and we understand they can be confusing we can help make sense of them.

Mr Thomas is an honest roofer and one of the few honest contractors I have been lucky to meet. He inspected my roof then met my insurance inspector and went over the roof with him. My roof was installed before I even received my first Insurance installment check. The roof was removed and replaced in a day and a half. I did opt to pay additional very little I might add, for an upgrade in the shingles. Repairs were made as needed the new roof is gorgeous and I know it will hold up for many years to come. He is reliable his workers are excellent roofers and skilled in their craft. I highly recommend

Eric was so wonderful to work with. Being a first time homeowner and not knowing the process of insurance claims or what kind of roof I even needed, Eric was right there and led me in the right direction. If I ever had any questions, he readily answered. After the job was done, their was minimal clean up and no mess left behind. Found that my roof had hail damage. Contacted three different companies to get quotes. Thomas roofing was in the middle as far as price, but that was with the upgraded shingles I selected. I decided after speaking with the owner that they were the right fit. The knowledge and responsiveness was bar none the best. After the roof was installed, I was very pleased with the look and the outcome and service. I would highly recommend Thomas roofing here in Central Arkansas..
